1. Remove lacing from around the tennis post to make room for the housing.
    
2. Hold two cover housing halves (one with reel and one without) together around the net post, approx 20” above ground, with open end facing the net.

3. While holding two halves together using the finger holes at the back, thread the tie-wraps through the holes in housing and cinch.
   
   
    

Adjust elevation and position, then place 2nd tie-wrap and tighten both firmly by hand.
